GENERAL
Please allow us up to 3 business days to process your order. We provide all packages with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. We cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance. This is applicable to all online purchases on iksposed.com.
IKSPOSED reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that fail to comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion. Unused, unworn, and unaltered items can be returned within two weeks after receiving. All shipping fees are responsibility of the client. All tights and intimates are final sale.

The terms and conditions of the our privacy policy govern the processing of all personal data collected from you in connection with your purchase of products through the site. Credit Card information is not retained.
